"The front desk staff- particularly Lorenzo- was very helpful and friendly. He really went out of his way, on a very rainy day, to help accomodate my mother and I- as we were in a rush to head direct to a wedding within the next 15 minutes upon arrival. He set us up in a spacious, comfortable room, and with the rain, he helped escort us all the way with umbrella in hand, in pouring, windy rain, to ensure we got to our rooms okay, while helping my 70 year old Mother carry her baggage. "We will be back! Beautiful grounds! Room was spacious (we got the 2 bedroom suite) but there was plant soil or something like it left on top of one of the nightstand tables! Otherwise a pleasant trip. "

"We stayed in a studio with 2 queen beds. It was spacious and clean and well equipped. We had dishes, sink, mini fridge and freezer and microwave. Coffee maker and they provided pods and bottled water. Our room had a balcony which was great. Only negative was we were room 642 which is close to the entrance of the resort and was a bit noisy. Other than that it was very good. "
