"The room was large and well appointed. The pool area and outdoor hot tub were great. Staff came around with coffee supplies and towels etc. I only saw one thing I didn’t like, the pool area is not locked and you can enter it from outside the hotel whether you are staying at the hotel or not. Saturday morning there was a transient person grooming themselves in the pool change room! The door should be locked and entered with a room keycard like every other hotel I’ve been too."

"Beautiful, new hotel. Staff greet everyone and provide bags of tea for the morning. Spa like interior with hot tubs that are outdoors and lit up at night. What an amazing way to experience Banff! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Parking is not reserved. The lot can sometimes be filled and you'd need to park a short walk away from your room. The bus stop is immediately outside the hotel, which was very convenient if you don't want to drive downtown. The pool was sightly heated but still quite chilly. The sauna was quite nice. Would stay here again. "
