"The situation in a woodland property was nice. The interior was nice , although probably more rustic than luxury. It was good to have an open fire, because the living area was cold without it : perhaps a heat pump as well would be a good idea. We had to get lots more firewood from the woodpile especially kindling as we lit the fire each morning and evening. The living area was quite dark. The ducks outside were very noisy all night which was a bit disturbing. Overall however a different...

"The room was very nice with lots of room for luggage and it had all the necessary amenities as well as the little extras like cookies and chocolate. The hosts were great, giving us lots of useful information and the breakfast they provided was wonderful. The heated bathroom floors were a real luxury."

"This is a wonderful hotel. Everything about the facility is luxurious. The room was spacious, the bathroom had heated floors and a spa bathtub, the bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows (of different firmness for how you sleep). There was a kitchenette with dishes, microwave, toaster, kettle, and clothes washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again."
