"Lovely apartment in Queenstown. Everything you need in the apartment including heated towel rail! Be aware you have to carry your luggage up steps or a ramp from the underground carpark. No lifts. Great views. There was even a gas heater that looked like a real fire! Novelty for us people who come from cairns. "

I told the front desk, in hopes that they could send maintenance to fix it, but as it was the start of the weekend, I was told that might be a while, so instead they just offered me a new room.
