Room was not cleaned the first day we were there despite the fact that I was told at check-in our room would be cleaned daily, as long as the "do not disturb sign was not on the door"; had to get clean towels from the front desk and empty our own garbage. The second day our room got cleaned but when we returned to our room in the early evening, we found our door ajar -- so our room was unlocked and open to the public for who knows how many hours. "No other words to describe the hotel but great. Great service, great food, great people and great scenery. They made everything super easy and convenient. 10/10 would recommend.di plan on getting dinner before the drive out there though. Nearest restaurant that was open was 20 minutes away."
