They send detailed instructions ahead of time on how to get into the building and into your room. While the room is small, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. "Unique and interesting property. We stayed 2 days and received a complimentary upgrade to a large suite. Weather was rainy and cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor sitting area, but it looked lovely. Breakfast very good and our hostess congenial. Only criticism is that tables and chairs were very small and cramped for eating."
