NH Sintra Centro
Location was great. The room was clean. Easy to get uber near the hotel to Pena palace and many other attractions. The view from the valley view room was okay. The breakfast didn't have much selection, and the cooked eggs were so greasy. We would stay at another hotel near the cape if we visit Sintra ...

Casa da Pendôa
The QR code system doesn't work well when you're using a car, and often there isn't enough internet, so you don't have access to the historic center of Sintra and you can't enter the village where the house is located.
