"Overall this hotel is great. Clean and easy to find. Located at Meyongdong which is close to lots of shopping areas. I would like to specially thank Luna and Rachael at reception. They are great staff whom you can reach out for questions, very nice and professional. Will definitely come back to the hotel next time when I visit Seoul."

"The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay. "

"Great hotel and amenities. Only complain is the heat was strong and unable to be adjusted. Staff are so helpful and the free storage locker afte checkout was a great service to the guests. Breakfast buffet was a good deal; especially if purchased one day/one night ahead Love the convenience store downstairs and the gym has a great view"
