"Lovely hotel with lovely service, Rooms are spacious and have a great view of the temple (we got the temple view room tho). Really convenient located in a shopping centre and with a convenience store downstairs. Good location in Insadong, walkable to some major attractions. "

"This is a good location if you’re looking for a place near clinics and other shopping centers! There are also a number of busses in the area that will take people to the airport so if you’re traveling internationally it’s a good option. "

"Great area"

"Great location and place to stay. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was not good though, and shower drain didn’t drain well. I was also surprised that in a new building they want guests to put used toilet paper in the trash can? I’ve never had to do this at a hotel in korea, and I have lived here over 10 years. Also could hear people laughing in the room next door at midnight so not exactly soundproof. And the heat was at 24, which is just too hot for me, and there was no way to lower it. "

"Staff were very considerate and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but good. The rooms seems to be designed in the style that caters to traveling Japanese business men. My room was small, but enough room for one traveler looking for a clean and safe place to sleep. The only improvement I could suggest to the hotel is to provide foldable platforms in the room so guests can lay their luggage on top of something. "Very comfortable and cute! It's winter, but it stays really warm. It can be a little hard to reach the staff sometimes, but you'll figure it out. My only complaint was that it's difficult to get complete darkness in the room to sleep because there are little lights on the electronics. I wore a sleep mask."
