"One of the best in hotel garden that is a must visit if u visit for the first time. Rooms are big and well maintained, and i think they are one of the few hotels that does room service twice a day. Many restaurant that serves authentic Japanese cuisine. The location however is not the best if you are not willing to use the more expensive taxi. It is a 20 mins walk to the nearest train. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel but it comes every 10 mins on week days and 3 times an hour own...

"While the property was clean and beautiful, it was difficult to communicate with them. When our flight was delayed by almost 24 hours, I messaged the property to hold our rooms via text and email. We heard nothing back and were just hoping they did not give our rooms away. Our rooms wee there, but they still charged us for the first night we missed. "

First of all, the view of the room with a sea view of the Rainbow bridge is stunning, especially at night. This was why we went back to this hotel the second time in the same year.
