Staff super helpful. Polite and friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

This was my first time visiting Tokyo. I didn’t know where to stay and found The Lively hotel from just researching. It was perfect. The location is quiet and convenient to the subways. I will definitely stay there again when coming back to Japan.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating! Staff were simply amazing.

I looked up the Japanese word for “Excellent” and the word was “suguru ta” or “Yuushuu” That is how I would describe our stay at the Prince Park Towers Hotel in Tokyo. My wife and I stayed there for 8 wonderful days trying as much of Japan as we could. And each evening we would come back to our home base and enjoy all that the Hotel had to offer. All staff were very attentive to our needs, even bringing me extra pillows and upgrading our room to an amazing King room overlooking the magnificent Temple to Tower and City skyline. Food was 5 star as was the service. We had Happy hour on the 33rd floor with a fantastic Vista. Breakfast was always a treat as we were happily greeted by all staff. We felt so welcome and special. Thank you and your staff for a truly top level experience. Oh the Bathroom amenities are very high quality. Don’t tell anyone, but book room 2716 for a fantastic view of the Tower. I would offer more than 2 thumbs up 👍 if I had more than 2 thumbs!

I really enjoyed the stay. Access to food trains and surrounding prefectures was great. The rooms are a bit on the small side so try not to bring too much luggage. Also rooms are not tidied up daily unless requested. Breakfast is the only meal served at the hotel. Drinks and desserts are available after 10 AM daily. Staff were great with helping navigate trains and airport transportation options. Would definitely stay there again in the future.
