"The Staff were excellent. Very friendly and always happy to help. We didn't like the bed arrangement as the sheets were to small to tuck in and constantly wound come off. The doova cover was the same, constantly coming off. And the room smelt like they sprayed so much disinfectant around the chemical smell was making us feel sick. It smelt like it had been sprayed on our pillows... it was everywhere. They need to stop spraying that stuff everywhere and just clean the room as it makes you feel...

"Very modern hotel. Beautiful views of the Lake and it is at edge of the Lake Nahuel Huapi. Absolutely Beautiful! The employees are very attentive and smiles in their faces. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of pastries at the Argentinian style, beside fruits and cold cuts."

Better than one tends to expect by judging beforehand from website photos (frequently I feel the opposite at other hotels). "A lovely little lodge with quaint, rustic decor but excellent amenities. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, and the heated pool was very nice. It's a little outside of the "touristy" village, but that's a bonus if you want some peace and quiet. They even prepared our breakfast a little earlier for us as we were hitting the road early."

The studio has ample space for 3 people, a small bathroom with hooks and shelves to put towels and toiletries, a small, efficient kitchen with all the amenities, and a spacious bedroom with 100% cotton sheets, nice pillows, and plenty of closets and drawers for an extended stay. "The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."
