"We loved our staying at Altos del Nahuel. We enjoyed the cabaña barilochean style, the lake view, and being close to the city and main tours was a plus! The beds were comfortable, The kitchen and dinning area was spacious and the breakfast was delicious! The staff members were very helpful, and check in check out process was easy. I highly recommend this property."

I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am. "

"Great team, willing to help. We had a double bedroom with private bathroom, the room was clean, had a good size and good possibilities to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and big, with hot water, the trash bin is emptied every day. Only minus is the bed, which wasn't confortable and pretty noisy. "This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map.
