"Amazing place overall"

"The Staff were excellent. Very friendly and always happy to help. We didn't like the bed arrangement as the sheets were to small to tuck in and constantly wound come off. The doova cover was the same, constantly coming off. And the room smelt like they sprayed so much disinfectant around the chemical smell was making us feel sick. It smelt like it had been sprayed on our pillows... it was everywhere. They need to stop spraying that stuff everywhere and just clean the room as it makes you feel...

"The property is located outside the city center, 2 km, this makes the stay more pleasant and relax as it is quiet and the property grounds and gardens are beautiful. The views from the hotel are spectacular. We arrived 3 hours early, and were able to check in, as our room was very clean and ready. "Great team, willing to help. We had a double bedroom with private bathroom, the room was clean, had a good size and good possibilities to store your belongings. "This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map.
