"We had an amazing stay here. Everything was fantastic, facilities, staff, my sole gripe was they had just 1 coffee sachet, and then 2 decaf…but I wouldn’t have used them anyway"

"Conveniently situated and relatively quiet. I had been given a slightly bigger room as I believe it was a quiet period for bookings; I would have found a room smaller than that to be a little cramped. The facilities were adequate though the quality of the wi-fi and of the very limited choice of tv channels was a little frustrating. "We had a lovely stay in a double room on the 8th floor which was very quiet. Didn't choose the full breakfast option but walking distance to coffee shops for light breakfast. Room very clean & comfortable. Only reason for overall rating of 4 stars is, like most hotel rooms, it got a bit stuffy & we were unable to open window (even if limited to open slightly would be a bonus). Would be so nice to get fresh air in. They are installing aircon which should be working soon"

"We got bad directions thru google coming in at night and made 3 wrong turns before finding the entrance. Signage isnt lit or big enough. Beds are hard. Shower took 5 mins to get warm. However, dinner was excellent and the restaurant owner was utterly delightful and accomodating! "
