"We missed our connecting flight at O’Hare, this hotel was close to the airport and an airport shuttle was available making it very convenient after a long day of travel with many delays. We didn’t have our checked bags and therefore didn’t have some necessities, it was late so we were unable to get them at a store so the hotel staff went above and beyond to gather things we needed for our short stay. "

"I have stayed overnight at, Schaumburg Hyatt Regency three separate times within four months. I have dined in the restaurant for breakfast, utilized the workout facility, as well as ordered in room dining. Each individual experience has been enjoyable. The room was spacious, and clean with decent amenities. The staff was prompt and courteous with little to no wait times for arrival and departure. Louis in the lobby cafe, made the most delicious Starbucks coffee drinks. My only complaint would be offering streaming options on the television such as Netflix, or Hulu."

"The staff was super friendly, the rooms are perfect for the price, and when there were some bad issues with some rowdy guests they handled it very quickly. Very pleased with our stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay in room 415. The room was clean and updated. The beds and chairs were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although there was no coffee maker or microwave in the room, we had access to a microwave, and hot water for coffee or tea (or oatmeal we brought) in the lobby. We were provided a big mini fridge in the room with ample freezer space to refreeze our soft side cooler ice pack. This was a more important feature for us We are road tripping across the US on Spring Break, only stayed one night and had packed food for meals on the road. While there is no complimentary breakfast, for $15/person you could purchase a nice hot breakfast if needed. If you are looking for an affordable and nice place to stay, I highly recommend Double Tree Schaumburg. We paid $100 after taxes. A great room at a great price!"
