Overnight staff messed up entering the reservation when I was checking in. After arriving late night to the hotel we were woken up early, stating that we were supposed to check out today. Even though the booking was for 2 nights and payment charged was for 2 nights. Day staff just said the bare minimum of a sorry. It is not the guest responsibility to make sure that staff are doing their job.

We had a room right next to the main highway and thought the traffic would ease over night but not so. Hardly slept all night due to the constant traffic noise. They should give rooms on the quieter side of the building as hotel was defy it full.

Hotel staff was nice! The parking however was horrible had to park all the way in the back the other hotels parking. The walk back to the hotel was horrible because it was raining and the ground was muddy. To have to pay for parking in those conditions was a joke.

The ac in the room did not work. The room was 80 degrees. After talking to front desk all they could do was offer a desk fan, they refused to send someone to figure out the problem nor did they offer to change rooms. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never had an issue. Very disappointed.

This was the worst Hyatt Place location we have ever booked with. I have been in various locations from Chicago to Florida and have never had such poor service. The staff was not friendly, the carpet was filthy and smelled, and the breakfast was horrible and cold.

This place is pretty old, at some point it was only one elevator working for the entire hotel. Hot water in the room assigned to me didn’t last long, my partner had to wait to the water to heat to jump in the shower. This hotel won’t be my first choice next time i come to area for a concert!
