"I did like the gym and smoothie bar, sauna and cold plunge that was available…pretty extensive for a property. The buffet had a good assortment of local Balinesian and western food choices. The rooms were well appointed, I wish they had outside balconies on the upper floors, yet that is the design of the building, vs the property itself "

"Very basic place and for 20 dollars a night it is overpriced. Pillows and bedding were old and disgusting. Can smell sewage in some rooms because of poor drainage system, and saw a good-sized most universally disliked insect scattering around in the room. Sheets don't feel so clean either. Dripping water from AC and shower didn't drain well, but got fixed after telling them. Mouldy AC. Unusable WiFi. You have to tell them if you want your room cleaned. "Some of the other reviews for this property speak very highly of this resort, which is why we chose this property. Unfortunately, it was not what it seems. Check-in was wonderful and staff at the property couldn't do enough, they were the saving grace for the stay! Unfortunately, the private pool villa are in a poor condition and desperate need of upgrades. The small air-conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep it cool, with the holes in the grass ceiling/roof and poor seals around doors....
