"Everything was good. Hose keeping was excellent. Hotel drivers were excellent. Saw a cockroach in the dining food area. Couldn't take a picture. Handling of wet food with bare hands in one of the live counters. Shuttle service could be better. I think I was lied to for the 45 minutes delay in the shuttle to pick us up. Lying is not appreciated from front desk staff."

"Property is beautiful but they don’t turn on the a/c in corridors, bar, elevators are poorly ventilated. Blankets are feather light, a/c didn’t work in the room, no iron or ironing board, bathroom had no fan. Shower tile has rust along the edges. Lack of proper maintenance. Bar staff is efficient. Kitchen is slow and not consistent with menu items. They were also out of beer( 4 weeks later they were still out) "
