Upgraded rooms are very nice our second night stay with the king bed was very comfortable the first night nice but not as comfortable bed and we have stayed here in the past and were pleasantly surprised at the upgrades.

Stayed a night. Comfy bed, sheets are so-so. The decor is excellent, but the walls are rather thin. I heard every step from above and the dog barking in the room next to me. Thankfully neither lasted long and wasn't annoying. I would stay here again for a quick stay.

It took over 45 minutes for me to check in when I made the purchase through Expedia and was only a few blocks away. And there was no hot water when I tried to go use the hot tub. It was closed down. The remodel is very clean. The property looks very nice and I enjoyed yoga. But seriously, who thinks they can rent a hotel room without hot water?

The room was clean and spacious. But the area was a bit rough and felt uneasy. The check in was good but the young lady told me wrong building so it took a while to find the room. The main reason of low rating is the phone call middle of the night, around 3am. The room phone rang and the lady named Molly asked us for lighter. It was very sketchy and really disturbed our sleep.

We arrived late and went straight to our room. I wasn’t able to get to sleep due to a very strong fragrance in the room that affected my sinuses. Not sure what you deodorize or clean with, but it was way over the top. Noise from other rooms also interfered with sleep. I chose the sandman because I had been 2 months prior and was happy with.
