"This property is about a 25 min (fast paced) walk to the tourist areas. It feels safe, quite, more authentic, and has a beautifully run doggy daycare right next door. The staff are what made my stay here exceptional. They will go out of their way to help you, direct, and inform you, in English. It has many local tourists, rather than from other countries. The buffet breakfast is sublime and highly recommended. The bedrooms are ample. Thank-you for making my time in Oaxaca fell amazing."

"Nice small property but we experienced issues with air conditioning it was dripping at middle of the night, they sent a repair man, then it was very noisy, the split unit it is set up by the bed at least in our room, the living- kitchen area has no air only a portable fan. Also our tv control was not working properly to turn off the television you needed to get up from bed and manually turn it off. ( this was our second TV control) Location is about 7 blocks from Zocalo, we felt safe, also...
