"What a pleasant surprise. The family at this well organised hotel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is more than adequate. "The location was close to the promenade and beach. A lovely park was directly across from the property. It is a perfect place to walk to the train station, beach, restaurants and shops. It was a quiet location as well. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. The train made seeing Lucca and Cinque Terre a dream come true for me. I highly recommend this place. "

The breakfast is great it has lots of choices. The beach is just across the street.
