"Fairly clean community area considering there was a wedding party staying there. Saw quite a few flies around one of the computer tables. Love the deli/coffee shop being open 24/7! No luggage carts were available when I arrived or departed. Tub looked like there was a tar mark on the outside close to the floor. Half the reception staff were not interested in helping folks check-in nor answer questions. They were very involved in convos with each other."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Guest services was friendly and responded quickly. The hotel is very convenient to the Newark Penn Station and great for those traveling by train. However, the passageway for pedestrians connecting the two is closed on the weekend with no sign explaining. The traffic around the hotel is extremely heavy, and there was insufficient area to temporarily park and unload suitcases. There were quite a few people begging/asking for handouts around the site, but there...
