Our check-in was easy and we received an upgraded room without even requesting it, and were given the option of a lower or higher floor. We paid $15 for parking in one of their lots, which was easy. Also, given the option to park on street for free."

"The underground hot tub designed to look like the Banff Cave and Basin is the coolest part of this hotel. That’s the main reason I’d recommend it. The hotel itself is good, in a perfect location on Banff Avenue."
