"RIU Plaza Chicago was amazing! 10 out of 10 in every aspect. The hotel staff were all nice and very attentive. The hotel has a lovely smell and it was super clean. The room & the bathroom were as described and they looked just like how they looked in the pictures. The breakfast was also good. "
