"So the room itself wasn’t bad, we stayed at one of the lower units outside not the new addition, not dirty didn’t smell, but the AC unit was breaking off the wall so there was a freezing cold draft at all times. Had to put a towel to cover the hole. When someone would smoke outside it came right into the room. The parking lot wasn’t clean there was ice and snow, was sliding trying to walk to our room.
