"My son and I stayed for tonight during his tournaments. It's not super clean but it's really acceptable and much better than other similar hotels. It wasn't included breakfast but I'm happy for that because many of hotels that offer break fast it just junk. Coffee and tea was available all the time fridge was very good in the room and also coffee maker and microwave were clean I didn't see anything that makes me bad feeling. "We were visiting Somerset for the annual fire and ice festival. The property is only a 15 minute walk from the uptown business district, however not many people clear snow from the sidewalks, including the hotel, so walking was a bit complicated. However, it's January in the laurel Highlands so it's expected to walk in snow. Staff was extremely welcoming,kind, and helpful. The parking lot and entrance could have a little better snow and ice removal. Excellent dining within walking distance....

"The staff was courteous. The hotel and room were clean. The room was big, comfortable, and warm. They had plenty towels.But,there were no shampoo or hair dryer. Also, there were not an iron or coffee pot. However, there was coffee in the morning and tea to drink throughout the day, in the main office dinning area.
