Great property, pleasant staff and highly recommended. Their payment terminals are very flaky (not their fault) and don't expect to be able to pay with Amex is you cant even though they say you can. But overall really good, great staff, clean modern rooms.

The inclusive breakfast was was very average most days you had eggs ,twice had omelette raw in middle not much to go with rhe eggs
Had steak buffet you couldn’t chew it
Had another couple meals average
When arrive told them twice that room wasn’t clean
Cleaners come each day , day 4 before the dirty bench was wiped by them
Staff friendly
Personally wouldn’t go there again
Probably go back to Kata Novotel where we stayed before

Everything about our stay was perfect! Check in process was easy, the hotel was beautiful inside and out always. The hotel grounds and rooms were Very modern and up to date. Staff always provided assistance quickly and the breakfast Buffett had a good variety of food for breakfast or lunch. I really loved the location, it was not in the hustle bustle of Kamala or patong beach but a quick 5 min drive away if needed.

Patong beach is very nice but very busy and the town of Patong is also very busy, with many bars and a hectic lifestyle. Some may love it but not for us as it is very commercialised and more of a party scene.

This is a much busier area, depends what you like but I didnt like how busy this area was. Very glad i chose Karon instead of Patong!

A busy beach resort but great as a base for a holiday. It has good transport links and you can get to and from lots of places on the island.
