"We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Right next to the shopping centre and 7 eleven and within walking distance to Bangla Road. Room was clean and pool/pool area was clean and stunning. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if visiting Phuket. "

"Good place to stay in Phuket. Close to all of the action in the center of town with major malls close by. Even though a no smoking hotel, expect marijauna smoke since some occupants will smoke on their balcony. Do not pay extra for their breakfast buffet. It wasn’t that good. Starbucks and McDonalds close by."

"Lovely hotel in a great location in Patong. The hotel staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help when needed. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to visit Patong. I’m heading back in April and will be booking here for my Patong leg of the journey. Only one minor comment was that I had a pool access room but it was the only room without steps or stairs into the water. You can share the steps with your neighbours though (room 150 for reference) "

"The Holiday Inn is an excellent hotel close to the beach and Main Street in Patong. Great facilities, spacious rooms and easy free parking if you rent a car. Friendly helpful staff. Only let down was the breakfast - average food quality. They have a cooking station for eggs - the chef there is rather grumpy. Also, he cooks a big batch of fried eggs which he puts on a plate, which goes cold, rather than frying them on request. Wasn’t happy that I asked for hot fried eggs. Maybe next time we will...
