"The hotel is clean and on a quiet street. The reception staff are lovely especially Laura. The room was very small. We had 2 coat hangers and nowhere to store clothes or suitcases. There is no waste paper bin. When we arrived the bin for collecting toilet waste was broken as was the safe. Both were repaired quickly. We were a bit disappointed as there was no space to sit inside"
