"Ok so we have stayed for a 2nd time. Lowest price in the area by far. There is ample parking but you may end up out back, looks rough but its safe, Beach is walking distance on side walks and park. food is 1.1 miles away either way you go. plan to pay for parking every where you go outside the hotel. They will ask for $50 per night cc deposit if you check in with expedia, but thats just a hold, the charge never hits your cc. Pool area is always clean, can borrow chairs and umbrellas, awesome...

"South Beach is kind of a unique experience but this is an ideal place to get it. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was fine. Great restaurant but there are probably 50 more in walking distance! Plus the beach and endless people-watching."

"Really nice property near loads of restaurants and bars. A 20 minute walk to the Art Deco historic district. Provided beach chairs and towels were fantastic and very close to the hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room was modern and clean. The only worry we had was the pool party had very loud music at night time. Thankfully it was done by 10PM for the guests who needed to sleep."
