Love this hotel. If you are a content creator, you would love the facilities. I only stayed a night but enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

Great location downtown and very quiet. The rooms are incredibly small and yet for one night they are just fine and have everything you need. We loved the location and the hotel bar was very cool. Didn’t love having to climb over the other person to get out of bed but great value so that’s what you get

The fire alarm went off at around 5:00 am. We evacuated the building after having a loud speaker in room stating that we needed to get out. It was a false alarm! Which continued to happen at least 5 more times. We got ready to evacuate again & the staff said that it was the bacon cooking. It was the worst sleep ever! They could not turn the alarm off!!!!!!

Three fire alarms within the 5-6:00 am hour when there was no fire on the first morning there. The rooms are too small. They did not supply us with new sheets, towels and washcloths daily and we were there for four (days). We had to beg the staff to give us extra towels. The television was operated by an iPad only. Could not see the normal guide on television.

“I recently stayed at Citizen M Miami South Beach hotel and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a fantastic view. The location is perfect – close to famous Lincoln centre mall which made exploring the area so convenient. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a variety of options, and the hotel facilities, like the pool and g Lounge were clean and well-maintained. I would like to especially thank the hotel staff, MC and a lady who always has a smile on her face. I don't know her name. When they found out that we hadn’t booked breakfast and that it was my daughter’s 16th birthday, they offered us a complimentary breakfast, making it an unforgettable birthday for her.:) Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend citizen M Miami hotel Who to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!”

I had an amazing time for someone who complained about not having a city view! The staff was amazing, Mecca especially; thank you for my signature drink. The entire front desk was hospitable, including the bar staff. Mecca thank you for the amazing recommendations: chi.che125, Wynwood, and Chef Creole totally made my experience. Best trip in a while, can’t wait to come back ❤️ ps the King size bed was really soft, comfy pillows, great room smell, I love the LED light fixtures.

It’s best for business or a quick trip in a lively area. These are urban size hotel rooms in what appears to be an office building. My favorite parts are the modern interior design with the paid breakfast option. The location is also great. However, the fire alarm system is not exclusive controlled by the hotel so it went off in the middle of the night, early am and I didn’t get a good nights rest on my second night there. A little disappointed by that and was not compensated for it.
