"The employees were very kind and helpful. Room was cleaned every day. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing after a long day of walking. Everything was within walking distance with the Pantheon only being about a 5 min walk away. On the way to the Pantheon, you had 2 grocery stores and some shops with decent prices. We walked everywhere except for the Vatican and had 2 young kids with us the whole time. Our vacation was amazing!"

"The apartment was across the square from the hotel, so didn’t feel connected to the hotel at all. We only popped in once to go on the roof terrace which had great views over Rome, but the drinks were pricey. The apartment was spacious and suited us well. We were on the top floor so had a good workout going up and down them each day!"

"We stayed at Town House for one night as a stopover in Rome enroute to New York. Francesco, the owner, met us at the apartment and was kind enough to bring our bags up to the apartment. The apartment is one room, at the same time modern and traditional, with beamed ceilings and modern accoutrements. Francesco designed the rooms himself and did a great job. There is an elevator but there is a short flight of steps in the building entryway. The bathroom was clean and modern and was well stocked...

"I was very satisfied with this stay with the exception of the stairs. I was prepared for going up 3 floors to my room. What I was not prepared for is the type of stairs. The stairway is a narrow, spiral staircase with no landings to speak of. As a person who has fallen down stairs, this stairway intimated me. I think the type of stairs should be described in the listing. Otherwise, I would stay with them again. I was told they have rooms in other buildings, so maybe I will see them again."

"Clean, large and a great location. Great value for Rome and close to all the sites. Beware it is challenging to get in and no staff on duty. Be prepared to watch several What’s Ap videos to understand how to enter. Also you’ll be dragging your luggage up several steep flights of stairs. Shower drain is slow and couldn’t figure out the rain shower. Once settled in, all good though. "

"MY favorite restaurant in Rome is Roscioli. I love that place. it's near the Campo Di Fiori. So i like to get a hotel room near by. How is two meters away for you? I walk out late at night from a great dinner, walk two steps ( NOT making that up ) 2, and open the door that leads to the Prestige Rooms. "The location is top and unbeatable. Everything is in walking distance, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiore, Pantheon, shopping areas, tons of restaurants and cafes AND - super rare for Rome - it is QUIET. Beds are great and new. The place could definitely need some beautifying but than all you do there is sleep, so it was no big deal for us. Anna provided excellent service and jumped on any request we had including airport transfers. We stayed in room 503 as a family of 3 and it worked very well"
