5/5 Excellent
Near perfect hotel in central Palermo
"This is the best hotel I've experienced in Italy.
The location was incredibly central and pretty much ideal. The staff were most attentive and kind, and the room (even though I booked one of their cheaper options) was stylish with many thoughtful touches.
My largest regret was that I had only booked 3 nights there; I wish I could have stayed longer.
The only area for improvement I could think of is around the breakfast. The selection and quality was amazing, but there was a little confusion during the service, which meant that the toast I'd ordered was bread on the 2nd morning and absent on the 3rd. I didn't raise this with the hotel, as it seemed such a minor point. Another guest became a little agitated about the confusion on one morning."
