"No surprises. Place has definitely seen better days, but it was reasonably comfortable and clean. The mattresses were a little on the hard side (for me), but they were in good shape. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom fan was very loud. The room heater made the place a comfortable temperature but with a consistent rattling noise.
