"Everything was great except our check in, they tried to change my room that I had booked 3 month prior to my reservation only because I had booked with Expedia (I heard the manager say in the back office). The girl checking us in was just doing her job but of course I was going to be upset for them trying to change my park view room. When she talked to her manager (which never came out) all of a sudden there was a room available for me, the one I had originally booked. Because everyone was nice...

"Easy check and friendly staff. We have stayed before. Some rooms are in better condition than others. Its hit or miss. We feel safe. Walked around at night. Nice breakfast but all carbs and sugar. No protein."
