"Staff was excellent - room was clean. This hotel is a few years old now and amenities are nice but not over the top. The bathroom door didn’t consistently latch or lock for example - but the pool was clean and warm, and breakfast was excellent."

"Great option along I-71. One of the best points of this hotel is the staff. The service was great, they speak English that those of us who speak English is a first language can understand and do not have the negative foreign vibe that so many hotels do nowadays in America. This hotel is on my go to list when am in the area. To the staff keep up the good work. To your competition, come stay here and learn how a good hotel can be run. "

"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."
