"Very clean, very comfortable lodgings. Appreciated the availability of EV charger. Wish there were more Level 2’s (or maybe Level 3) and that instructions for use were clearly posted. It was unclear which chargers were available to guests and how to activate the chargers."

"The property was very clean and accommodating. We booked for two queen beds for both nights and did pre pay for the stay, but we did get in quite late (4 AM) only to find they rented our room, but they did give us a rollaway cot and we made it work, then on the 2nd night they did put us in a 2 queen room, as we had 2 additional guest, so it was needed Staff was very friendly and helpful It was my fault for not calling to say we were still coming, just a lot later than we thought "

"Our stay at Hilton Columbus Downtown was great! The hotel is conveniently located near the local airport and OSU campus. The room and bathroom were clean and well-organized upon arrival. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need for a quick trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast at Gallerie Bar and Bistro, though there are also many other dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to choose from. Gallerie offered both a standard menu and buffet-style breakfast options. We will definitely return when we're in the area. Thank you! "
