"I got one of the windowless rooms and it was so cozy and had just enough for my needs. The staff was really nice. The restaurant for dinner was fabulous (amazing cocktails) and the buffet breakfast. The location is perfect and very central. A block away from where bus #4 from the airport drops you off. Very, very happen with my stay here."

"This is a great ski and adventure hotel. It’s clean, big rooms, quiet despite its its size and gorgeous setting next to åre lake. Even the basic rooms are bigger than your average hotel in rest of Europe. I have been coming to this hotel with my 2 daughters ( now 13 and 15) for skiing and it is always a good option. It’s not ski in& ski out, lifts are either a 10 mins walk or ski buss right outside. Perfect for us tjough"

"Abisko Turiststation STF is a great place to stay. It's located close to the train station and offers a variety of rooms from hotel, to hostel, to cabins. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was perfect for us. The one item I will note is that you need to ethier bring your own sheets/sleeping bag or you can rent linnens from the hotel (much like a hostel). I am glad I reached out to them before we arrived so they could inform me of this as it doesn't seem to be listed on hotels.com. Otherwise, this hotel is great, most of the activities pick up at this location. The only other item to note is that this is not in Abisko proper. So if you need to get food from a grocery store, you should bring it with you or plan to walk to the store as there are limited transportation options once you arrive. "
