They also have some basic snacks and drinks in the lobby, if you don't want to trek all the way to a 7-11, offering beer, soda, & also instant noodles (with a nearby hot water dispenser). English language can be a challenge for the front desk staff, but with hand signals & Google Translate, I was able to get...

"This hotel is a fraud. I booked a room on July 12...showed up on the 27th, they took my Passport photo and personal info, then said they didn't have a room for me. Wouldn't give me a refund because they said they didn't receive any money. I was charged for the stay even though I didn't stay. It is a clever little scam they got going on at this hotel. They target foreigners. I filed a claim with my credit card agency and will report the fraud to Hotels.com."

"Quick check in, room had a very large comfortable bed, great view (11 floor). This room had a bathtub, which was nice to take away the chill, (cool season). Breakfast was ok for us, large selection of Asian options. Overall a great weekend "
