"excellent staff. wanted to order something for a friend while in Bangkok, and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to help me with the address, and then kind enough to talk to "lalamove" to confirm they had the correct information for the delivery. "Hotel is linked to both the BTS Asok and MRT sukhumvit stations, as well as Terminal 21. Very convenient. Room given to us was big and generally clean, except that the floor is not carpet. Toilet smells of urine even after housekeeping, otherwise it’s ok. All necessary amenities were provided, including refillable drinks and snacks. Room also comes with microwave and a separate kitchen sink. "
