"Lots of homelessness in the area which did not always make me feel safe when out and about. Beautiful hotel, very posh and clean but extremely high priced dining options with horrible food! No seasoning whatsoever and barely warm even when dining in restaurant! Literally the worst ever! In town for a concert at Vystar Memorial Arena (Glorilla) and absolutely nothing else to do in the area. Very UNentertaining! Lots of pubs and bars though…"

"Overall things were great! Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and comfortable. As were on the first floor we could hear street noise at night, but it quickly faded after 9:00 or 10:00 pm. There were some minor maintenance issues, painting was going on at many places in the common areas with tools and ladders, etc., spread around in some areas. In our room the sink drain was very slow and water pressure was low, with no hot water available...
