"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."

"Met at the door by a well dressed doorman. Reception very friendly. Excellent first impressions. Room was basic twin , no view but clean and very good . Bed very comfortable. Good facilities. Plenty of towels. Used the pool which was good. Limited space due to lessons taking place. Breakfast excellent. Will definitely stay again when visiting London."
