"This really is a lovely hotel. Set in the heart of London and part of St Pancras Station. The hotel building has a long history and it may not be immediately obvious that most of the hotel rooms are actually in a new building that is concealed by the original façade. The rooms are big and bright and the staff are very friendly. This is our second time staying and it won't be the last."

"The hotel was lovely. It’s located in a great part of the city, many restaurants, museums and shopping. Also close to the Tube station. The staff were very attentive and helpful in whatever we needed. Only one downside for me was the mattress was harder and my hips hurt."
