"Honestly, we had an amazing time. The hotel offers many great resources, such as the pool, adult pool, gym, Iv Drip and my favorite, the refreshing room. The food options are all great too. The staff was fun and friendly. The only thing was the beds, need upgraded mattresses, and the fans by the balcony gotta go, try to build over them with better views and balcony. The outdoor service was great with the bars, food, and most important chairs. Cheers great place. "

"The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was amazing!! Loved the dining option in the evening! The shuttle to the port was a mix up though. We paid for the gratuities the night before but on the day of the shuttle we had another driver who demanded we pay the gratuities again. He was very rude and stopped to pick up another passenger before taking us to the Carnival Magic Port. "

"I was impressed with the staff. We were accommodated with help to find pool chairs. Lunch consisting of a delicious burger with fries that was promptly delivered. The virgin strawberry daiquiris were the best I have had. The extra large pool with the waterfalls was beautiful and relaxing. Our room was nice with a cozy bed, nicely decorated and clean. Check in and out was a breeze. I cant wait to come back! "

"We were very happy with our stay here. When I asked for lounge chairs for our terrace they were very prompt bringing them up to us. Everyone was very friendly. I loved that they sent a staff member out to the beach to take drink orders, I wasn’t expecting that. Our room was a little outdated, but clean. However they are in the process of remodeling so I can’t wait to see it on my next trip there in October! "
