"Room was clean and bed comfy. Room was facing the main road, but you couldn't hear the traffic. Only problem was very creaky floorboards and not enough hot water to run a bath. Also would of been nice to have just a residents only bit of bar. The steam bar was always busy and tables full "

"Fantastic location, nice staff. Breakfast was superb. Spa could do with some chairs or something to sit down only had 2 but had towels all over them. Bed was two singles pushed together so could feel something hard in the middle wasn’t happy about that for the price I payed. Overall good. "

We were sooo lucky to have found this little gem right in the centre of Newquay, owner was very attentive as was the waitress at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, and breakfast was scrummy. We will definitely recommend you, and book again if we are out in Newquay, thankyou soo much 😉"
