"Friendly staff"

"Stayed for 3 days and 3 nights, leading up to New Years day. Staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. We stayed in a suite with a king bed. Room was clean but bed is hard. And the HVAC system in the bedroom was working sporadically. The couch in the living area was uncomfortable with high arm rests. I wish the room had a kitchen of some sort. It only had a mini fridge and microwave. Definitely did not feel like a complete suite. The staff for the continental breakfast was amazing but the eggs are definitely box eggs and taste horrible. Mainly ate toast and freshly made pancakes. "
