"Enjoyed the beautiful property and luxurious rooms. Love that the Senza is a small boutique hotel/inn. Easy self-parking. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming too. The only issue I experienced was that the 2 rooms I booked for the same rate should have been similar but couldn’t be more different. "The property was well kept, the restaurant staff extremely friendly as well as the cleaning staff. The front desk was also helpful and friendly. The only issue was when we tried to get a late check out due to a flight delay I booked 2 rooms and I am a “good member” I would be able to get a 2 hour extension, however our friends could not. Then, when we returned from breakfast and it was slightly past 12:00 our room had been locked and I had to get housekeeping to unlock our room."
