"The property was well kept, the restaurant staff extremely friendly as well as the cleaning staff. The front desk was also helpful and friendly. The only issue was when we tried to get a late check out due to a flight delay I booked 2 rooms and I am a “good member” I would be able to get a 2 hour extension, however our friends could not. Then, when we returned from breakfast and it was slightly past 12:00 our room had been locked and I had to get housekeeping to unlock our room."

"Wonderful property! Very quiet with attentive and helpful staff. Bistro Don Giovanni is next door and was excellent! The only problem we had was the website says free breakfast which is no longer available. "

"I was mesmerized by the surroundings and the beaty of downtown Napa, where the hotel is located. It´s the perfect spot for a getaway near the vinards of the region. I´ll definitely would stay there next time I visit. Highly recommended!"

"This felt like a best western with a nicer bar area. Not very big, and I’m guessing no views. We had a view of the parking lot. The room was clean/big and the bed was comfortable. Very nice walking trail that goes downtown was a big plus."
