"The location, if you are traveling a long distance but train, is perfect. We were so tired and glad to be just steps from the central station when we arrived. The hotel is a bit of a maze, but the rooms are very comfortable and the bar was gorgeous. The bar tender, an older gentleman, was so kind and accommodating. He made our son a special mocktail and put as much care into it as he would’ve anything else. They also kept bags for us the day of our check out so we could explore the city a bit more. This hotel made our stay in Amsterdam truly special and memorable. "

"Beautifully decorated lobby. Great area to have drinks, hang out. Staff were always friendly and willing to help us, whether it was directions to a landmark or ordering a taxi. Room was quiet. Bathroom had ample space to get ready. Breakfast, which is not included was an impressive spread. Would definitely stay there again. Located within walking distance to everything and relatively quiet. "
