"It's quaint; literally walking distance to the train station, walkable to a lot of good restaurants and bus tour stops. We enjoyed our stay at Mooons, Vienna!"

"Great bed! The Nespresso machine made some quality coffee. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the shower door had a strong seal which kept in all the water. I wish the shower had a tray/shelf for soap, as I travel with my own bar. The Zenology hand soap and balm were great; the shampoo and conditioner not so much. Lastly, a means of hanging used towels so they can quickly dry would've been nice."

"We really liked the hotel. It is in a very central location, just a few minutes from the downtown area. The staff is young and friendly, and since it is a family run hotel, the service feels very personal. We were able to check in at 10 a.m. without any extra charges. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. "

"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...
